The Gatsby Festival is a two-day event at the Tallac Historic Site held each year the second weekend in August. Throughout the weekend a variety of activities take place on the Pope and Baldwin Estates—vintage car shows, musicians , children’s games from the 1920’s, vendors of period clothing, jewelry and other items plus the sale of the annual Gatsby poster. Food and fun will be plentiful!
Feel free to come in costume and spend the day!

Tahoe Heritage Foundation invites you to its biggest fundraiser of the year! Proceeds go towards our mission of restoration, interpretation, and education at the Tallac Historic Site.
Step back into the roaring 20’s to enjoy an afternoon of tea and entertainment. There will be a variety of savory tea sandwiches and tasty sweets, along with 1920’s high tea and bootleg champagne.
Cherie Oliver will present a vintage clothing fashion show. The 2017 fashion show theme is yet to be announced.
Tickets will be available in May 2017
Guests are encouraged to become a host or hostess, decorate a table with your favorite china. Linens and umbrellas for each table will be provided.
